Medway Council have introduced new parking permits after residents expressed their anger over changes to the existing scheme.<br /><br />The changed permits mean that visitors to Medway would pay up to £700 a year extra.<br /><br />Opposition parties have argued the introduction of Supporter permits does little to help those worst hit by the changes.
