Campaigners have expressed their anger as the Dart Charge's been increased to cross from Kent to Essex. <br /><br />The cost for cars to travel from county to county has gone up to £2 if you have got a prepaid account. <br /><br />And unsurprisingly, those who use the crossing to commute aren't happy.
