Hospitals in Kent could soon be forced to scrap their car parking charges. <br /><br />Today Cranbrook bassed FairFuelUK Founder, Howard Cox, hand delivered a petition to Number 10 Downing Street. <br /><br />The campaign is calling for an immediate end to charges at all NHS Hospitals.<br /><br />We asked shoppers in Maidstone if hospital car park charges should be free.
