Care custody crisis - More than half of all young people behind bars were in care of KCC

Shocking figures obtained by KMTV reveal the majority of young people in Kent who ended up in prison were in the care of KCC.<br /><br />Kent County Council says although the number has dropped, there is still work to be done.
