For the first time in a year, workers in Kent should see their wages rise slightly above the rate of inflation. <br /><br />Earnings have rose 2.8 per cent in the year to February, slightly above inflation which rose to 2.7 per cent. <br /><br />We asked shoppers in Rochester how often they think they should get a pay rise.
