One of Chatham's main car parks is in such a terrible condition that it is turning shoppers away from the town and could ruin the local economy, according to Medway Labour leader Vince Maple. <br /><br />The remarks are in response to residents' complaints about the bad smell and graffiti of the Brook Car Park's stairwell.
