Dozens gather at Dockyard to raise awareness against rare cancer

Mesothelioma is a type of cancer caused mainly by asbestos and in the UK about 2,500 people are diagnosed each year. <br /><br />Dozens of people gathered at the Dockyard church in Chatham to raise awareness of this little known condition.
