The father of a nine year old boy from Kent is alleged to have poisoned and murdered his son before taking his own life while on holiday in South Africa.<br /><br />Noah Smith from Burham, near Medway, was found dead in a Johannesburg hotel along with his father Vuyo Tame in January- coroner's believe that Mr Tame was involved in his son's death.
