A case review into the death of Sheppey baby Eli Cox has revealed that domestic abuse and neglect were recognised but never fully addressed. <br /><br />The five-month-old died in April 2016 as result of a serious brain injury. In November, Eli's mother Katherine Cox and her boyfriend Danny Shepherd were given a combined 21 years in prison for causing or allowing Eli's death.
