Freezing rain causes treacherous roads for Kent drivers

More than 150 crashes were reported on Kent's roads by midday today as freezing rain caused chaos for commuters.<br /><br />Storm Emma has replaced the Beast from the East with snow turning to ice and it's still creating huge traffic problems.
