As a result of the ongoing bad weather, Southeastern closed around 50 train stations in Kent but Maidstone East was one of the few lucky ones to remain open.<br /><br />Southeastern have warned the customers that they should only travel if they desperately need to, but that the company will continue with the delay repay compensation scheme.
