After Bombay High Court in its order said that there is hardly any positive evidence against Aryan Khan and others who were arrested in the drugs-on-cruise case, Maharashtra home minister Dilip Walse-Patil on November 22 said that Mumbai Police will probe whether the case filed by NCB against Aryan Khan was fake or not.<br /><br />“If Court says that nothing was found and gives them a clean chit, then it should be probed that why was this done? I won't be able to say clearly as of now but misuse of central agencies is coming to light,” he added.
