President confers Subedar Sanjiv Kumar with 'Kirti Chakra'

Subedar Sanjiv Kumar of 4 Para Special Forces accorded the Kirti Chakra posthumously for an operation in Keran sector in Jammu and Kashmir in which he killed one terrorist and injured two others.
