The Senate began its debate today of a motion by Independent Senator Anthony Vieira who is calling on the Senate to establish a Select Committee to consider and report on a code of ethical conduct and behavior for Senators. <br /> <br />However, his motion makes specific reference to the Opposition Senators. <br /> <br />Senator Vieira says he does not want any of them suspended or expelled from the Senate. <br /> <br />This, as at one point, some of the Opposition Senators walked out of the debate . <br /> <br />Juhel Browne reports.
