Beneficiary At CM Naveen Event Asked To Change Into White Clothes

The security and police officials on Friday (Nov 26) forced a Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) beneficiary in Balasore to change his black shirt before appearing in front of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to collect his health card.
