'Extremely shocking footage of an off-duty firefighter taking a dangerous fall off a ladder. <br /><br />The video shows Ian Osborne starting a leaf blower and climbing up a ladder with it to do some roof maintenance work without realizing that the ladder wasn't set up correctly. <br /><br />The result is a horrid crash that knocks the subject unconscious. <br /><br />"My idiotic mistake was footing the ladder on top of a wet deck with leaves on it and then climbing above the roofline without someone footing the ladder for me," Ian commented. "I was out cold.
