Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya in Bilaspur acknowledged the country’s ability in terms of manpower and intelligentsia. <br /><br />“There was never a shortage of brain and manpower in this country, it used to be a strong and capable nation but a period went on in which the country lost these powers,” said Mandaviya on December 5.
