Jump Rope - 30 secs.<br /><br />4. Decline Push-ups - 25reps.<br /><br />5. Triangle Close Grip Push-ups - 25reps.<br /><br />6. Body Weight Dips - 25reps.<br /><br />Complete 4 Cycles w/ 2-3 minutes rest between cycles.<br />Minimal rest between exercises ~20 secs.
