It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas - Knitivity scenes have sprung up round Inverclyde as Christmas approaches.<br /><br />Inverclyde 'yarn bombers' knit festive woollen toppers to decorate towns' post boxes. Many crocheted and knitted creations, have popped up throughout the area this week.<br /><br />Delighted passers-by were given an early festive treat after public-spirited knitters gave a seasonal makeover to the iconic red boxes.<br /><br />Groups of crafters have been wielding their needles and crochet hooks, then getting together in the dead of night to install their creations.<br /><br />
