Watch: PM Modi to inaugurate Gorakhpur fertilizer plant

Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Gorakhpur is all set to get a Rs 8,600 crore fertilizer plant, to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
