Tony McAvoy sworn in as NT's acting Treaty Commissioner

The Northern Territory has a new Treaty Commissioner six months after Mick Dodson resigned from the position. Tony McAvoy was sworn in today, tasked with navigating a meaningful pact with Aboriginal people in the NT.
