A pre-recorded message by late Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat was played at 'Swarnim Vijay Parv' event which was inaugurated at India Gate, on December 12.<br /><br />Late General Rawat recorded the message on December 7, a day before the IAF chopper crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.<br /><br />IAF Mi-17V5 helicopter crash claimed the lives of CDS General Rawat, his wife and 11 other personnel on December 8.
