Hulu Kinta assemblyperson Muhamad Arafat Varisai Mahamad brought a whole chicken into the Perak State assembly today to highlight the high price of chicken in the state.<br /><br />Muhammad Arafat's qualm was that there was no concrete plan to resolve the issue.<br /><br />He said the Keluarga Malaysia Maximum Price Control Scheme did little to bring down the price of raw chicken.
