THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says the THA does not answer to the Attorney General. He was questioned at today's weekly media briefing as to whether he has responded to letters sent to him by Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi, with respect to Deputy Chief Secretary Watson Duke.<br />
