Medway councillor calls for more support of those who are on low incomes

It comes as the cost of living surged by more than 5% in the year leading up to last month and it's the highest level since September 2011.<br /><br />Medway Labour Vince Maple says thousands across Kent are at risk of slipping through the cracks.
