Residents in Whitstable say they're fed up, as Southern Water have failed to meet a deadline to close off a combined sewer overflow, going directly out into the sea. <br /><br />It should have been fixed by the end of November, but they claim it hasn't been done and will be done by the end of December instead.<br /><br />It comes as South Thanet MP, Craig Mackinlay is calling on the environment agency's budget to be increased, so that they have the proper resources to investigate any failings.
