Residents have hit out at Canterbury City Council who they say have decided to change their bin system.<br /><br />Instead of using black bins, rubbish while now be disposed in plastic purple bags but many are complaining that it's bad for the environment and causing a mess on the streets. <br /><br />But the council says the change comes after reports that the black bins being left out are causing a hazard.
