After seeing an increase in the amount of lockdown puppies being brought in, one animal rescue in Kent is urging more people to come forward to foster the dogs. <br /><br />The Last Chance Animal Rescue, which has shelters in both Edenbridge and New Romney, say the majority of dogs they're taking in currently were bought when restrictions were in place.<br /><br />But many are starting to realise the big commitment needed for looking after pets and are handing them in to rescues to rehome.
