Thousands of people across Kent have sleeping disorders according to the William Harvey Hospital's sleep clinic, which revealed nearly 8000 people are treated at their facility.<br /><br />However, experts think many people are unaware they have the problem.<br /><br />We asked shoppers in Rochester how much sleep they needed to feel rejuvenated, and to tell us more about sleep deprivation we spoke to Dr Julian Spinks.
