The Swanley Square shopping centre will be changed forever if a planning development is approved.<br /><br />Developers U and I have applied to demolish part of the centre in order to build seven blocks, which would be used for residential and commercial space. <br /><br />Sevenoaks District council originally refused the plans, but U and I have appealed against the decision.
