More than a quarter of a million pounds has been raised from clamping nearly 2000 lorries in Kent. <br /><br />It's been a year since the trial began to ban heavy goods vehicules (HGVs) from parking overnight in various spots on the A20 as council bosses want motorists to use lorry parks instead.<br /><br />But drivers say the scheme is unfair as there is not enough space for them to park elsewhere in the county.
