A Kent MP and the leader of Medway Council are among thousands slamming plans to build more than 1200 homes at Capstone Valley.<br /><br />Nearly 1200 people have signed the petition to save the area from development arguing it'll cause traffic chaos and destroy agricultural land.<br /><br />But developers say the proposals will help meet housing targets.
