A new Windrush Culture festival will take place on the 22nd June.<br /><br />The Medway African and Carribean Association has joined with Medway Council, the University of Kent and the Chatham Historic Dockyard to organise this event.<br /><br />We were joined by Carol Stewart from the association to tell us more.
