After the coldest night of the season in the Valley, expect a slow rebound in our temperatures the rest of the week. A passing storm system will reinforce the mild temperatures for another day, along with producing windy conditions in western Arizona. A Wind Advisory takes effect Friday for portions of the Colorado River Valley, including Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, and Bullhead City. Wind gusts may reach 40 mph at times.
