Occurred on July 27, 2019 / Meeker, Colorado, USA<br /><br />: "My wife Rachel was filming the video of me (Ryan) going down the spillway at Lake Avery. I grew up about 2 miles from the lake and spent my childhood swimming and sliding down the spillway. A layer of algae forms on the concrete and makes it possible to slide down in nothing but your shorts. In all my years I have never been hurt doing this but on this occasion, I launched a fish out of the water on impact. It was not harmed either."
