'Looks like someone was in a hurry, or just forgot how to do their duty the right way. <br /><br />Filmed on Courtney Kume's doorbell camera, this video shows an Amazon delivery driver carelessly tossing the parcel on the porch and taking a picture of it before leaving the scene. <br /><br />"The box contained fragile birthday presents for my 10-year-old son," Courtney said. "I contacted Amazon and was told they’d discipline the person and replace my items if they were damaged. I received no help at all!
