This is the moment a thief breaks into a Texas home and steals two dogs in their cage.<br /><br />The incident took place in Harris County in the US state of Texas on 14th December.<br /><br />Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, said on Facebook on 20th December: “On December 14, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a Burglary of a Habitation call in the 11000 block of Huffmeister Road.<br /><br />“The complainant advised that an unknown black male suspect forced entry into her residence and stole her Shih Tzu and Chihuahua puppy, along with the kennel they were housed in.<br /><br />“Video surveillance captured footage of a black male in his 30s, wearing an orange safety vest with a gray long sleeve shirt and shorts.<br /><br />“The suspect steals the dogs from the residence and subsequently abandons them near a dumpster, where they were recovered by animal control.”<br /><br />Herman added: “If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.”<br /><br />December 20, 2021<br />Harris County, TX<br />Source: Harris County Constable Precinct 4<br /><br />#Police #Dognapping #Criminal #Thieves #HomeInvasion
