The settlement pattern and population density were among the factors for the delay of the rescue operations and evacuations of flood victims in Shah Alam, said Inspector-General of Police Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.<br /><br />He added that the evacuation process is easier to be carried out in other states, such as Kelantan, Pahang and Terengganu due to the low population density.
