Youth and Sports Minister Ahmad Faizal Azumu has admitted to be among cabinet ministers said to be on holiday abroad amid the flood crisis.<br /><br />However, Faizal said he spent less than 12 hours in Dubai last Wednesday before returning to Malaysia.
