The National Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre has issued an early flood forecast for several states. <br /><br />The forecast was issued from December 31st for Kelantan and Terengganu and January 1st for Pahang and Johor.<br /><br />The forecast was issued following an alert warning of continuous rain by the Malaysian Meteorological Department yesterday.
