Heavy snowfall is being witnessed in various parts of Northern India. Hilly areas of Uttarakhand and Jammu Kashmir are witnessing widespread snowfall these days. The regional meteorological center has issued a heavy snowfall alert in the hilly regions. A yellow alert has also been issued with the prediction of moderate-to-heavy snowfall.
