Possible test signals from Eutelsat W2M satellite. <br /><br />Dish was pointed at 4 east on 22 January 2009. <br /><br />Video is x4 realtime speed. <br /><br />The timecode is for loose reference use only. <br /><br />The spectrum analyzer is showing the horizontal band low end. <br /><br />You can see a signal appear above the white horizontal line and go through the motions, then move to below the line. <br /><br />It seemed to be testing over a whole range, not just the two peaks shown in this video for probably more than 8 hours.
