'Gripping footage of South Africa's parliament on fire was caught on camera by Nadia Hall on January 3, 2022. <br /><br />This incident, which occurred a day after the first fire broke out in the said parliament, started after the roof of the building caught fire, thanks to the slowly-burning wood in it. <br /><br />"I filmed this from my balcony," Nadia wrote.
