The TTPS is seeking to assure that the investigation into the Boxing Day event aboard the Ocean Pelican continues apace.<br /><br />That's despite some skepticism from some members of the public.<br /><br />At a media briefing on Friday, the TTPS top brass said the person in question -- Adrian Scoon, has not been fully-co-operating with the investigation.<br /><br />However, police say they've now successfully navigated that hurdle.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting reports.<br />
