Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman has sympathised with ministers who were on holiday during the recent floods saying their deputies should be empowered to play a bigger role. <br /><br />He said if annual leaves aren't utilised at the end of the year, those leaves would end up being burned. <br /><br />Tajuddin added that empowering deputy ministers would also prepare them for whe they are appointed a minister.
