Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts Randall Mitchell says, carnival activities can start now.<br /><br /><br />However, these activities would have to be in line with the Public Health Protocols.<br /><br /><br />He admits that the delay in giving the greenlight was based on advice which came in late from the Health Ministry.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
