Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad denied 'disappearing' when the floods hit his constituency on Dec 18, as alleged by some.<br /><br />Khalid then challenged Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and Kinabatangan MP Bung Moktar Radin to repeat their allegations outside the Dewan Rakyat.
