'Tigers' everywhere as Taiwan prepares for Lunar New Year<br /><br />Tiger sculptures and totems decorate the streets of Taiwan's capital city Taipei, while people shop for spring couplets to welcome in the Year of the Tiger on February 1.<br />In the Chinese zodiac, the tiger represents strength and power.
