Ibrahim Abass confident of recapturing back the Ijara parliamentary seat in the general elections

Garissa County Assembly Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Abass has his eyes fixed on the Ijara parliamentary seat in the August 9 general elections which he says he is confident of winning back.
