'Various parts of Quito, Ecuador were rocked by flash floods on January 31, 2022, resulting in a loss of around two dozen lives. <br /><br />This clip, filmed by Pablo Guerra, shows a bunch of people trying to get a car unstuck from mud in the disastrous weather. <br /><br />"This video was recorded during the flood in the La Gasca<br />neighborhood in Quito, Ecuador," Pablo said.
